TAC's Top Three Longshot Bets of the Week

In the first installment of a new feature for They All Count we have concocted what we think could be three decent bets for you to mayby have a go at if you have money to burn and no common sense. Remember these are all about investing, the long con if you will... This weeks are:-

Longshot bet no1.

Jack Wilshere to captain England to 2018 World Cup victory - At the ripe old age of 26 Jack has been an England international for the last 8 years, cementing himself as the midfield general captain of the national team. The World Cup winning team also includes the unstoppable striking partnership of Andy Carroll and Victor Moses. You heard it here first...

Longshot bet no2.

Man UTD's Bebe to become Premier League Top scorer in 2011/2012 season - After this rough diamond is polished and buffed into shape by Sir Alex, he realises his true potential and becomes the striking force that his initial £7million transfer fee promised - topping the Premier League scoring chart as Man Utd go on to scoop the title. This video goes some way as to providing a glimpse into the talent he may have.

Longshot bet no3.

Belgium to reach Euro 2012 Semi Finals - With a young and exciting squad that has had time to mature, Belgium battle their way to the Euro 2012 semi finals. With players such as the highly rated Romelu Lukaku, Eden Hazard, Marouane Felliani, Steven Defour, Vincent Kompany, Moussa Dembele and Thomas Vermaelen all currently under the age of 25 and playing together regularly (just look at Germanys run in the last world cup with a young squad who were given time to gel as a team) they are sure to be a forced to be reckoned with in 2 years time. They may not win the tournament, but expect them to be hard to beat - They All Count predicts they will reach the semi finals at least.

So there you have it. Longshots indeed, but by no means impossible... At least worth checking what odds are available!
