What will Cristiano Ronaldo do with his 'substantial' libel payout?

What will he do? Buy a shirt hopefully.

International playboy, underwear model and occasional World Player of the Year,  Cristiano Ronaldo has today received a 'substantial' payout from the Telegraph Media group after winning a libel case against them.

Although I dont remember the article, it seems that in 2008 Ronaldo (plus lawyers) took issue with a nasty Telegraph reporter who fabricated a story that saw Cristiano dancing in a LA club, with supermodels and ordering "£10,000 worth of Cristal champagne" whilst injured (therefore potentially endagering his already injured ankle) and out of action for Man Utd.

As I type this I can only imagine that Cristiano is somewhere in Madrid rolling around in his underwear in a big pile of euros, planning his next extravagant purchase.

This substantial payout (substantial to us or substantial to Ronaldo is still unclear) added to his reported £200000 a week at Real Madrid and numerous sponsorship details with brands such as Armani (see above photo. question. how dreamy?) leaves Ronaldo not exactly hard up.

I meen Ronaldo mate, you were actually in the club. Its just the level of partying portrayed in the article that you have a problem with right? Not the fact that you there at all...

So heres a suggestion Cristiano. Seeing as you have taken the Telegraph to court, not for monetary gain, but to clear your name, then why not give the 'substantial' amount of money you have recieved to charity? You have done charity work before, so why not now?
